A 'closet-to-the-target' tournament was held on Saturday
The target was one million points, (just don't go over)
The winner was Andy Foster who won half the cash pot, with the rest going into the charity pot. In fact Andy donated his half to the charity too.
Sunday, and practice for the UK Pinball Cup
The tournament would begin at 1:30pm
There was an impressive selection of raffle prizes donated
Gary Flower ran the raffle and sold 350 tickets
Gary and Mark Squires draw the first winning ticket
Winning ticket holders could choose any prize on the table
Then it was back to the first round of the UK Pinball Cup
The first round was group play followed by sudden-death knockout games
Twenty-eight competitors were reduced to sixteen, then eight, four and a final two
Those two were Wayne Johns and Andy Foster with the final game on High Speed
The final is underway
The tournament was old-school arcade-style and paper-based
UK Pinball Cup 2016 winner, Wayne Johns, who won as a prize an electric shaver
and two tickets to the Play Expo show in October

The weekend raised funds for the British Heart Foundation
By the end, more than £830 ($1200/€1100) had been raised
