AMERICAN GRAFFITI |
Location: 神奈川県横浜市西区南幸1‐5‐29 ( 3/F) (Yokohama, Japan) Continuing his series of reports from Japan, our roving reporter John takes in some sight-seeing before getting down to the difficult task of playing pinball. In early 2012, I visited Tokyo on my leisure trip. Before going to my 3rd pinball location - American Graffiti in Yokohama(横浜) - we first visited both Kamakura (鎌倉) & Enoshima(江ノ島) in the morning. They are good places to visit in the countryside surrounding Tokyo.
We arrived at the American Graffiti game centre in the evening.
Although it was close to the JR Yokohama station, it was not easy to find it since it was located in a side-street. There were two pinball machines - Cue Ball Wizard and The Flintstones - both on the third floor of the game centre.
The condition of both machines was good. However, the general illumination lighting of The Flintstones was not bright enough. Sometimes I could not locate the ball easily, and my performance was adversely affected as a result.
Since we were very tired, we only stayed there for sixty minutes before returning to our hotel in Tokyo city. Here are some additional details about American Graffiti:
