Pinball is definitely alive and well in Poland with an increase in private collector numbers driving up game prices and they move out of arcades and into the home.
But there is still a great amusement arcade centre in Radom City.
Radom City is an industrial centre in the east of the country and the country's second largest city after Warsaw, but it is also home to Salon Gier which houses a collection of 19 games ranging from Nitro Ground Shaker through to Judge Dredd.
The games in the collection change but the current line up is:
The owner also has plans to increase the pinball presence further by purchasing these additional machines to add to the collection:
Star Gate, Tales from the Crypt, Independence Day, Dirty Harry, Batman, The Shadow, Addams Family, Rescue 911, Doctor Dude, Rollergames, Congo, Jack Bot and Demolition Man.
Salon Gier complements the pinball machines with five video games and this kiddie ride to provide a good range of entertainment for both adults and kids in the clean, well maintained venue, set in a passageway in the E-Leclerc shopping complex.
