Melvin without a manufacturing partner for his game, but he said he hoped to find a manufacturer in the US who could make it.

American Pinball’s new owner, J. Bryan Vincent, said he was looking to make a series of seven Williams/Bally remakes in conjunction with Planetary Pinball Supply. Now, with Melvin in charge of game designs, it makes sense for American Pinball to also build the Retro Atomic Zombie Adventureland game using American’s facilities in Palatine, even if they are not released under the American Pinball brand, thereby avoiding any US import tariffs which a Dutch Pinball Exclusive build might have attracted.

Here’s how American Pinball’s owner, J. Bryan Vincent announced Melvin’s appointment:

Today I am excited to announce that Melvin Brouwer-Williams will be joining American Pinball as Creative Director.

Melvin will be leading the design team and creative vision of American Pinball going forward.
