The latest Pinball Industry News PINcast packs in a lot of exciting news from the past month, as Jonathan from Pinball Magazine and Martin from Pinball News return to bring you multiple new game launches and interviews, including an exclusive Harry Potter chat with Jack Guarnieri.

Multimorphic were first to announce as they revealed Portal, based on the popular video game series, as their latest title for the P3.  Their most packed playfield yet contains so much hardware it even comes in a specially extended version.

Fellow Texans, Turner Pinball, brought their newly-announced second title, Merlin’s Arcade, to the Texas Pinball Festival where Jonathan and Martin got to spend some pre-show time exploring it, both above and below the playfield.

After previewing it for months, Chicago Gaming finally announced their re-run of Medieval Madness Remake games.  But these Merlin Edition models offer far more than earlier Remakes.  Find out what you get and what it costs.

Jersey Jack Pinball’s seminar at the Texas Pinball Festival was supposed to be all about the making of Avatar.  But then Jack Guarnieri confirmed Harry Potter as the company’s next title and the internet went crazy.

That confirmation raises many more questions, so Jonathan and Martin are joined by Jersey Jack himself, Jack Guarnieri, to talk about that announcement and give many more details on this most hotly-anticipated new game which everyone said could never be done.

There’s also the latest edition of “What’s Cooking With…” as Jack gives us his favourite pasta dish recipes.

There’s lots more industry news too, with Stern Pinball appointing a new VP of Marketing, Chicago Gaming finally releasing the new code and hardware add-on kit for their Cactus Canyon Remake games, new accessories for Venom, a new loyalty scheme from Barrels of Fun which gives one lucky Labyrinth owner a brand new copy of their next game, a final Wizard mode for ABBA, a full sell-out of Spooky’s Evil Dead, and much, much more.

Plus, finally, the interview eighteen months in the making.  Steve Ritchie and Bill Grupp sit down to talk about the making of their Elton John game, the culture at Jersey Jack Pinball, what they’re working on next, and so much more.
