Pinball Expo

For 2026 the longest-running pinball show celebrates 42 years of annual conventions. This year the show returns to running from Wednesday to Saturday, with the Bumper Blast welcome party taking place on Wednesday evening. Check our Pinball Expo 2025 coverage for details of last year’s show.

Since 2021 the Pinball Expo has been staged at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center in Schaumburg, Illinois. The festivities usually include a tour of the Stern Pinball factory, a full schedule of speakers and seminars, pinball tournaments, a vendor hall to find anything and everything imaginable for the pinball curious, and a host of other activities that, once again, brought the best of what pinball means to so many.

Pinball Expo remains the world’s oldest and biggest pinball show. Be aware that Expo rate rooms at the adjoining hotel, the Renaissance, tend to sell out very quickly once they go on sale. There are alternative hotels not too far away in case the Renaissance is full, such as the Wyndham Garden and the SpringHill Suites.
